Richard Steinberg is the Senior Director of Green Cities, Marketing and Communications for Electrify America. In this role, he is responsible for Green Cities investment programs as well as all Marketing & Communications for Electrify America. He has been involved in the EV category for almost 10 years, having experience in Product Planning & Strategy at BMW of North America (launching the MINE E, Active E and i3 & i8 models). He also ran BMW's first US-based EV Car Sharing service in San Francisco.

Rachael Zaluzec is the Senior Director of Consumer Affairs and CRM Solutions for Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. Rachael is responsible to design execute, administer, govern and report on all direct and indirect customer processes, systems and data including for the remediation of highest level customer escalations. She is responsible to strategize and plan for operational design and execution of customer experience, customer data protection and integrity. She brings 15 years of automotive and customer service experience.

Robert Healey is the Director of Service Operations for Electrify America, responsible for ongoing operations, quality and service programs including customer/partner support. Rob joined Electrify America from BMW of North America where he developed and launched BMW’s EV charging infrastructure strategy for the US market with pioneering programs in residential and public vehicle charging.

Matthew Nelson is the Director of Government Affairs for Electrify America. He previously served as the Chief of Staff in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Matthew also served as U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein’s Senior Policy Advisor for Energy, Transportation, and Climate Change for seven years.
