President and CEO
Giovanni Palazzo is the President & CEO of Electrify America, LLC. Prior to joining Electrify America, Giovanni spent seven years working at Volkswagen AG, most recently serving as the head of e-mobility strategy, leading all relevant Group e-mobility activities on a global scale. Giovanni also served in several roles related to electric transportation and charging at Mercedes-Benz and Daimler AG.
Chief Financial Officer
Gregory Crossley is the Chief Financial Officer for Electrify America, responsible for finance, accounting, reporting, and compliance. Greg joined Electrify America from Volkswagen Group of America, where he held numerous positions within the Finance organization over a span of 17 years. Greg held positions in Finance in the software development, financial services, and transportation industries prior to joining Volkswagen.
Director of Infrastructure Planning and Business Development
Wayne Killen is the Director of Infrastructure Planning and Business Development. Previously, he was an Electric Vehicle Architect for Audi of America, helping to prepare Audi for the age of electric vehicles. Killen has over 25 years in the auto industry in product planning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market strategy.
Senior Director of Green Cities, Marketing and Communications
Richard Steinberg is the Senior Director of Green Cities, Marketing and Communications for Electrify America. In this role, he is responsible for the Green Cities Initiative as well as all marketing and communications for Electrify America. He has been involved in the EV category for more than 10 years, having experience in product planning and strategy at BMW of North America (launching the MINI E, Active E, and i3 and i8 models). He also ran BMW's first US-based EV car sharing service in San Francisco.
Director of Utility Strategy and Operations
Robert Barrosa is the Director of Utility Strategy and Operations for Electrify America. In this role, he is responsible for strategy and business development with a special focus on the California region. Rob has over 10 years of experience in the EV infrastructure industry. He served as vice president of OEM Strategy and Business Development for EVgo and as an executive with AeroVironment Inc. in product development, engineering, and business development.
Director & Corporate Counsel
Emily Durham, Director & Corporate Counsel, is the head of the legal department for Electrify America. She previously served as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for Berkshire Group, overseeing risk management and advising on corporate, real estate, and commercial transaction matters.
Director of Technology
Cliff Fietzek is the Director of Technology for Electrify America, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for all Charging Hardware, Battery Storage, the backend IoT platform as well as all other technology deployments. Previously, Cliff held the position of Manager of Connected e-mobility at BMW of North America, where he was responsible for all Engineering aspects around the BMW i Program, including vehicle development and validation, public infrastructure, smart charging and battery second life.
Director of Operations
Anthony Lambkin is the Director of Operations, responsible for site design, permitting, construction, commissioning and service and maintenance for Electrify America’s growing national network. His work experience includes managing both electric vehicle and energy infrastructure investments for Nissan North America and The World Bank. Anthony has managed the deployment of over $500M in clean energy infrastructure projects across seven different countries. He holds graduate degrees in Business Administration, Technology Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Director of Government Affairs
Matthew Nelson is the Director of Government Affairs for Electrify America. He previously served as the Chief of Staff in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Matthew also served as U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein’s Senior Policy Advisor for Energy, Transportation, and Climate Change for seven years.
