President and CEO
Giovanni Palazzo is the President & CEO of Electrify America, LLC. Prior to joining Electrify America, Giovanni spent seven years working at Volkswagen AG, most recently serving as the head of e-mobility strategy, leading all relevant Group e-mobility activities on a global scale. Giovanni also served in several roles related to electric transportation and charging at Mercedes-Benz and Daimler AG.
Senior Director of Sales, Business Development & Marketing
Robert Barrosa is the Senior Director of Sales, Business Development & Marketing for Electrify America. In this role, he leads business and infrastructure development, product planning, business partnerships, marketing, and e-commerce. He also manages the company’s home, commercial and energy services, in addition to a special focus on the California region directing Electrify America’s Green Cities initiatives. Rob has over 15 years of experience in the EV infrastructure industry. Prior to Electrify America, he served as vice president of OEM Strategy and Business Development for EVgo and as an executive with AeroVironment Inc., focused on developing products and services for the EV charging market.
Chief Financial Officer
Gregory Crossley is the Chief Financial Officer for Electrify America, responsible for finance, accounting, reporting, and compliance. Greg joined Electrify America from Volkswagen Group of America, where he held numerous positions within the Finance organization over a span of 17 years. Greg held positions in Finance in the software development, financial services, and transportation industries prior to joining Volkswagen.
Director & Corporate Counsel
Emily Durham, Director & Corporate Counsel, is the head of the legal department for Electrify America. She previously served as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for Berkshire Group, overseeing risk management and advising on corporate, real estate, and commercial transaction matters.
Director of Technology
Cliff Fietzek is the Director of Technology for Electrify America, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for all charging hardware, battery storage, the network IoT platform as well as all other technology deployments. Previously, Cliff held the position of Manager of Connected e-mobility at BMW of North America, where he was responsible for all Engineering aspects around the BMW Program, including vehicle development and validation, public infrastructure, smart charging and battery second life.
Senior Director of Operations
Anthony Lambkin is the Senior Director of Operations. In this role, he oversees all operational aspects of Electrify America and Electrify Canada’s growing national networks including real estate portfolio management, site development and construction, service and network operations and the customer contact center. Anthony’s professional experience includes managing both electric vehicle and energy infrastructure investments for Nissan North America and The World Bank. He has led the deployment of over one billion dollars in clean energy infrastructure projects across several countries. Anthony holds graduate degrees in Business Administration, Technology Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Director of Government Affairs
Matthew Nelson is the Director of Government Affairs for Electrify America. He previously served as the Chief of Staff in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Matthew also served as U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein’s Senior Policy Advisor for Energy, Transportation, and Climate Change for seven years.
Manager of Corporate Strategy
Chris leads the corporate strategy team at Electrify America. He has previous experience managing growth and other value creation initiatives across aerospace & defense, infrastructure services, and cleantech. Before joining Electrify America, he held roles as a private equity operator and as a management consultant.
