President and CEO
Robert Barrosa
Robert Barrosa is the President & CEO of Electrify America - leading the company’s vision and growth including business units Electrify Canada and Electrify Commercial. Robert has been with Electrify America since 2018 holding executive leadership positions in technology, energy management, business development, and infrastructure planning and deployment. Robert has over 16 years of experience in developing and deploying EV infrastructure that supports the growth of electric mobility.
Chief Financial Officer
Yana Fayer
Yana Fayer is the Chief Financial Officer for Electrify America, leading all financial activities in support of strategic business growth for Electrify America, in addition to all owned subsidiaries. Yana brings more than 15 years of experience in financial operations and auditing. Prior to Electrify America, she most recently served as Vice President of Finance for CPower Energy Management, directing all financial aspects of the company to drive performance. In addition, Yana is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
Vice President, Legal & Government Affairs
Emily Durham
Emily Durham, Vice President of Legal & Government Affairs, is the Chief Legal Officer for Electrify America, overseeing all day-to-day legal operations and corporate governance, as well as government engagement and policy activities. She also holds the office of Assistant Secretary for both Electrify America and Electrify Canada. Emily has more than 17 years of in-house legal leadership experience. Prior to Electrify America, she most recently served as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for Berkshire Group, directing insurance and risk management, and advising on corporate, real estate, and commercial transaction matters.
Vice President, Operations
Anthony Lambkin
Anthony Lambkin is the Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversees all operational aspects of the Electrify America LLC and Electrify Canada LP growing national networks including real estate portfolio management, site development and construction, service and network operations and the customer contact center. Anthony’s professional experience includes managing both electric vehicle and energy infrastructure investments for Nissan North America and The World Bank. He has led the deployment of over one billion dollars in clean energy infrastructure projects across several countries. Anthony holds graduate degrees in Business Administration, Technology Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Senior Director, Sales & Marketing
Rachel Moses
Rachel Moses is the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Electrify America. In this role, she leads the business development, marketing, communications and corporate social responsibility initiatives. In addition, she also manages the company’s commercial business units and Green Cities program. Rachel has nearly 15 years of experience in the electric vehicle infrastructure industry focused on sales and business development. Prior to joining Electrify America in 2017, Rachel held positions in technical sales and infrastructure planning with two electric vehicle network operators.
Senior Director, Charging & Energy Service
Chris Russell
Chris Russell leads the Charging and Energy Services Team at Electrify America, overseeing the alignment of corporate strategy with energy management services. He has previous experience managing growth and other value creation initiatives across aerospace & defense, infrastructure services, and cleantech. Before joining Electrify America, he held roles as an operating executive and as a management consultant.
HR People Manager
Jarrod Hough
Jarrod Hough, is the HR People Manager for Electrify America, responsible for talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, organizational development and strategic HR partnerships. Prior to his joining Electrify America, he began his career at Volkswagen Group of America Inc., working in various HR-related roles within the VW North American Region, Volkswagen, Audi, and Bentley Brands.
